Q4 already! How can it be? Where did summer go?
Before you know it, snow will be flying and we’ll be halfway through another winter. Not only has the time flown by, the number of projects we’ve completed is shaping up to be a new record here at Pro Image Design. I recently read an article that had surveyed 300 sign shops across the US and Canada. The survey covered things from company size, volume and profit margins to whether companies offer a 401k, medical benefits, exit strategies, employee retention, etc. One thing I found surprising is that our company of 20 team members ranks in the top 20% in almost all areas surveyed and even into the top 5-10% in other areas. One thing is for certain… Our team members all do a great job to make our company vision a reality!
We have a busy few months left of 2022 and look forward to closing out another record year. Till then, enjoy the great fall weather and we’ll connect again at the New Year.
