What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that blends fabrication, installation, and problem-solving.

You’ll:

Install a full range of interior and exterior signage, primarily throughout Northwest Michigan with some statewide work
Perform site prep, layout, mounting, assembly, and on-site finishing
Fabricate sign components using industry-standard methods and state-of-the-art equipment (no junk tools here)
Work directly with customers on-site in a professional, confident manner
Maintain clean, efficient, and organized workspaces
Manage jobs using basic computer and design software
Safely lift up to 75 lbs
Hold a valid Michigan driver’s license with a clean record
Be willing to obtain a Class A CDL (company-supported)

Skills That Put You at the Front of the Line

We’re especially interested if you bring experience with:

Michigan Sign Specialist License
Crane operation
Welding and sheet metal fabrication (steel & aluminum)
Shear, brake, and roll-form metal work
Automotive-style priming, sanding, and finishing
Reading blueprints and internal build sheets
Understanding in-house sign manufacturing processes
Solid working knowledge of CAD design software
