We’re looking for a Sign Fabricator who has the skills, precision, and drive to craft high-quality signage. If you love working with metal, welding, cutting, painting, and assembling, this is your chance to put those skills to work.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Metal Fabrication – Cutting, welding, shearing, breaking, and roll-forming aluminum and steel
• Painting – Prepping finished goods and applying automotive-type finishes
• Sign Assembly – Building and prepping signs for finishing, wiring/lighting, and installation
• Blueprint Reading – Understanding technical drawings and bringing them to life
• Attention to Detail – Precision matters; no sloppy work here Shop Organization – Keeping tools, materials, and workstations in check

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Experience in sign fabrication, welding, painting, or metal fabrication Ability to interpret blueprints and build sheets Strong understanding of shop tools, CNC equipment, and fabrication techniques Dependable, self-motivated, and deadline-driven Must be able to lift 75 lbs

BONUS SKILLS (Not Required, But A Plus):

Michigan Sign Specialist License Automotive priming, sanding, and finishing experience Experience with lifts and cranes
