At Pro Image Design, we believe in investing in our people and strengthening the future of the sign industry.
One way we’re doing this is through the US Department of Labor–registered apprenticeship programs.
Our Installer Apprenticeship Program, which OB is currently working through, has already been a strong pathway for developing skilled installers. Building on that success, we are excited to announce that the State of Michigan has recently approved two new apprenticeship programs: Sign Fabricator, which Keegan is pursuing, and Vinyl Production Technician, which Gretchen is working toward.
These three team members are showing tremendous commitment—putting in the effort day after day to build their skills and meet the standards of these designations.
What makes this milestone even more exciting is that Pro Image Design is the first sign company in our field to have these apprenticeship programs officially recognized by the state. This not only supports our own team’s growth but also sets a precedent for the industry, creating opportunities for sign professionals to gain hands-on training and nationally recognized credentials.
By leading the way in apprenticeships, we’re raising the bar for craftsmanship and service—something that directly benefits our customers and strengthens the industry as a whole.
