At Pro Image Design, Jason Hadfield brings creativity, thoughtfulness, and a sharp eye for detail to every project he touches. Whether he is developing branding, designing signage, or helping shape a customer’s vision into something tangible, Jason takes real pride in creating work that leaves a lasting impression.

One of the things Jason enjoys most about his role is seeing his designs out in the real world. There is something especially rewarding about driving through town, spotting a sign or vehicle wrap he created, and knowing his work helped bring visibility and personality to a client’s business. For Jason, those everyday moments are a reminder that great design does more than look good — it helps businesses stand out.

When reflecting on projects he is especially proud of, one that rises to the top is his recent work for Rockin Resale. Jason loved helping bring the new store’s branding vision to life, from creating a logo full of fun and energy to designing signage that made an impact. The finished sign, complete with dimensional elements, became a standout feature for the front of the space and a project he looks back on with pride.

Of Pro Image Design’s core values, the one that resonates most with Jason is “Quality workmanship with fine attention to the littlest of details.” That mindset shows in the way he approaches design. He admits he may spend extra time fine-tuning the small things, but to him, those details matter. Exploring every option and pushing a design to be its best is all part of delivering a finished product the team and customer can be proud of.

Jason is also quick to recognize the support he has received from his coworkers. When he joined Pro Image Design, he did not have extensive experience in sign design or production, but the team helped him grow by sharing knowledge and working through complex projects together. One memorable example was the Bay Mills Resort and Casino project, where multiple departments had to coordinate closely to produce a large order involving printed components, routed parts, and tactile lettering with Braille. It was the kind of project that required strong communication, careful organization, and a team willing to rally together — something Jason says made a lasting impression.

Outside of work, Jason stays busy with family life and jokes that much of his free time is spent taking his kids to enjoy their own hobbies. When he gets a little downtime for himself, he enjoys drawing, reading, paddleboarding on the lake, and riding singletrack on his mountain bike.

A fun fact many people may not know: growing up, Jason dreamed of becoming a wildlife photographer and spending his days in the African bush observing animals and birds in their natural habitat. That sense of curiosity and appreciation for the world still seems to show through in both his creative work and his outlook on life.
