Celebrating the People Who Live Our Core Values

One of the best parts of our Kick-Ass Award program is that the winners are chosen by the people who work beside them every day. There is something really special about being recognized by your peers, because it means your hard work, attitude, and character are making a real impact.

This quarter, our awards have reflected something even bigger — the core values that help define who we are as a team

 

 

 

Back in December, Sarah was recognized in a big way. She was voted as the employee who best represented all of our core values throughout 2025, which is an incredible honor. To be seen by your coworkers as someone who consistently brings so much to the table says a lot. Sarah’s recognition is a reminder that showing up every day with the right attitude, commitment, and care does not go unnoticed.

In January, Cody was voted the Kick-Ass Award winner for Innovation. Innovation is not always loud — sometimes it shows up in problem-solving, fresh ideas, and a willingness to look at things differently. Cody was recognized by his peers for bringing that kind of thinking to the team, and that is something worth celebrating.

For February, Gretchen was honored for Growth. Growth takes effort, patience, and a willingness to keep learning, even when things are new or challenging. Gretchen’s peers saw that in her, and this award reflects the progress she is making and the great things ahead for her.

Each of these team members was voted on by their peers and received $100 cash for dinner out on us — a small way to say thank you for the value they bring to Pro Image Design.
