Nearly a year into her time at Pro Image Design, Miranda Lark still loves that no two days look quite the same. She might be designing one minute, researching materials or pricing the next, and then watching a project make its way through production. Being part of the process from idea to finished sign is one of her favorite things about the job.
Miranda joined the team with a design background, but sign making was new territory. Looking back, she’s proud of how much she’s learned in less than a year—and quick to add that there’s always more to discover. She credits her coworkers’ expertise and willingness to help for making that learning process both inspiring and fun.
The core value that resonates most with Miranda is Community. As someone who didn’t grow up in the area, she’s enjoyed getting to know the people Pro Image serves. One of her favorite moments is seeing a customer’s face light up when their vision comes to life.
Outside of work, Miranda loves camping, exploring new places, spending time with her pets and the people she loves, and creating just about anything she can dream up. She sews, paints and designs for fun. Something you might not guess? She was a competitive dancer and later taught and choreographed dance, too.
Miranda’s personal reminder is “Skip Anyway”: set aside the fear of judgment and go after what matters to you. Or, as she puts it, “Do it scared.”
