Hello Friends and Valued Customers,
If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to work in a custom sign shop during the summer in a tourist town—imagine trying to build a parade float during the actual parade. That’s kind of what it feels like this time of year. The variety of projects is endless (which we love), but it always seems like we could use a few more hands. It’s the nature of the beast, and we wouldn’t trade it—we’re truly grateful for the business and the trust you put in us.
May was a strong month, and we’re proud of the work our team has accomplished. We’re making adjustments where needed to stay on top of things and ensure your projects move as smoothly as possible, even when the install crew is dodging surprise thunderstorms and holiday traffic.
On a personal and very exciting note—our daughter Brynn graduated from Central Michigan University! She earned her Bachelor of Applied Arts in Entrepreneurship with minors in Management and Marketing. What does this mean for Pro Image Design? If we’re lucky… it means we’ve got her for good. She’s been diving into Client Relations in our Petoskey, Gaylord, and Traverse City locations, and also helping in vinyl production. We’ve already heard great feedback, and we think she’ll be a fantastic part of the team, wherever she officially settles.
We also have a big change coming to our Traverse City location—we’re not quite ready to spill the details yet, but we’re excited, and we’ll be sharing more soon.
Wishing you a great 4th of July—stay hydrated, don’t let your hot dog hit the pavement, and enjoy time with your family and friends.
Cheers,
Alan
