Over the past three months, our Kick-Ass Awards have highlighted three very different strengths that all play a huge role in who we are as a team. These awards are especially meaningful because they’re voted on by peers—recognizing the people who consistently show up and make a real impact day in and day out.

 

 

 

In September, Sandy earned the Kick-Ass Award for Core Value #9: Git’ R Done… and Have Fun. Sandy brings a steady, positive energy to the workday and knows how to keep things moving while still making work enjoyable. In October, Kirk was recognized as a Problem Solver—the kind of teammate who digs in, asks the right questions, and helps the team find solutions when challenges pop up. And in November, OB received the award for being a true Culture Builder, consistently showing up with a great attitude, bringing people together, and helping make Pro Image Design a place people genuinely enjoy working.

Each of these recipients took home an awesome custom Kick-Ass trophy and $100 cash for dinner out on us, but more importantly, they earned the respect and appreciation of their coworkers. Congratulations to Sandy, Kirk, and OB—three different strengths, one strong team, and a great reminder that culture, problem-solving, and having fun all matter here.
