For 26 years, Pro Image Design has focused on more than producing high-quality signage — we’ve focused on building high-quality careers.
With 21 team members across four locations, our success has always been rooted in developing people from within. We believe in growth, mentorship, and creating opportunity right here in Northern Michigan.
That belief is why we’ve invested in registered apprenticeship programs in partnership with Northwest Michigan Works and the Department of Labor. Today, we have three apprentices actively learning the trade — gaining hands-on experience, earning while they learn, and building a career without the burden of traditional college debt.
For young adults (and parents) exploring alternatives to a four-year degree, skilled trades offer something powerful:

Inside our walls, growth doesn’t happen by accident. From cross-shop training to SMART goals, CDL certifications, software advancement, and leadership development, our team is constantly learning and leveling up. We celebrate hard work through our monthly Kick-Ass Award and recognize the milestones that turn jobs into long-term careers.
