Every Sign Represents Someone’s Leap

When you drive past a sign, it is easy to see only the finished product—the colors, the lettering, the lighting, or the structure holding it all together. But behind nearly every sign is a much bigger story.

It may represent someone opening a business for the first time, expanding into a new location, refreshing a brand that has been around for generations, or investing in an idea they have spent years working toward. That sign often marks a moment when someone decided to take a leap.

We understand that feeling because Pro Image Design has taken plenty of leaps of its own over the years. We have added locations, invested in equipment, welcomed new people, developed apprenticeship programs, and adjusted our processes as the company has grown. Not every decision comes with guaranteed results, but growth rarely happens without a willingness to step forward before every answer is known.

That is why we never take it lightly when a customer trusts us with their name. A company’s name represents years of hard work, sacrifice, relationships, reputation, and pride. Our job is not simply to put that name on a building or vehicle—it is to help ensure it is represented well.

Change is also part of every business journey. At our Gaylord location, Kerri has officially hung up her knife and apron and chosen to take a leap of her own into a new career. We are grateful for everything she has contributed and wish her nothing but success in this next chapter.

While the faces and roles may change, our commitment to Gaylord has not. We will continue serving our Gaylord-area customers just as before while we work through the best long-term staffing plan for that location.
