Celebrating the People Who Live Our Core Values
Every month, our team recognizes a coworker who goes above and beyond to demonstrate one of Pro Image Design’s Core Values. The Kick-Ass Award is especially meaningful because each recipient is nominated and selected by their peers—the people who see their hard work, attitude and character in action every day.
Our June recipient was Jeff, who was recognized for living out “Git R Done & Have Fun.” Jeff knows how to work hard, tackle what needs to be done and keep a positive attitude along the way. His willingness to jump in and help while bringing some fun to the workday makes him a valued member of our team.
In July, Brynn received the award for demonstrating “Community.” Brynn understands the importance of building strong relationships and supporting the people around her. Her care for others and commitment to making a positive difference reflect what this Core Value is all about.
Our August recipient was Matt, who was recognized for “Integrity.” Matt leads by example, doing what is right and taking pride in being honest, dependable and accountable. His coworkers know they can trust him to follow through and handle his responsibilities with care.
Each month, we have a lot of fun presenting the winner with a customized trophy and $100 cash for dinner out on us. But beyond the prize, this award has become something even more meaningful. It gives our team a chance to pause and notice the good things happening around us every day. Sometimes it shines a light on qualities, efforts, and moments that may not otherwise be seen.
