2021 turned out to be another great year for Pro Image Design, despite all that has been going on around us.
If there is one thing that I’ve learned over the past couple of years, it’s patience. 2021 posed challenges not only from Covid, but also supply chain shortages, delayed delivery times, labor shortages and so-on. These are the trials that all businesses are experiencing nowadays.
When things began reopening mid-2020, we found ourselves with more work than we could handle. After much consideration, we decided to narrow our efforts and eliminate some of our offerings. Embroidered and screen-printed apparel and our other printed products are now referred out to industry partners. This has allowed us to focus on what we do best: innovative custom signage & displays, top notch design, eye-catching vehicle wraps & boat lettering – the foundation of our business.
Patience from our customers is also something that I am grateful for. We have seen a shift from “I need it yesterday,” to “we want you to do it, when can you get it in”. To assist in keeping up with our commitments to our customers, we have added several new team members. Keep an eye on social media to see the new faces and bios of the latest additions to our team.
