25 years certainly does not feel like yesterday, but also doesn’t seem that long ago.
In reflection of those 25 years there have been a lot of lessons, many of them tough and very expensive. On the brighter side, the past 25 years have been of great opportunity, and I am grateful for the clients that trusted us and gave us those big breaks; many of them now close friends. Most of those breaks we did not realize at the time. However, when looking back, we can certainly tie our success to those opportunities… others, on the other hand, we only thought were the big deal. Once we realized they weren’t, we did what Jocko Willink would say: “Get up. Dust off. Reload. Re-calibrate. Re-engage – And go out on the attack.”
Another key to our success has been the dedication of our team of tradesmen (and women). The sign industry is not your typical “trade” and spans across many other trades. You must be versatile and able to change direction at a moment’s notice. It’s both exciting and stressful at times but in the end, very rewarding. Looking to the future, we have a lot to look forward to, and we hope you’ll follow us along for the next 25 years.
