Here we are starting off the 1st quarter of 2024, wrapping 2023 continuing our 14-year growth streak, and have some new and exciting announcements.
First of all, we’ve purchased D & D Signs from Dana and Donna Thompson. They’ve decided to retire after being in the business for 37 years. They have an excellent reputation, and we only hope to do it justice. Their son Jeremy will be joining the Pro Image Design team this quarter to do installations, allowing us to expand this area of our business. He will also be assisting with fabrication in the shop. We are hoping to make a seamless transition over the next couple of months, and are excited about this new opportunity. In addition there are other exciting opportunities on the horizon for 2024, but will save that for another time as it draws closer.
In technical news, we’ve recently purchased a new Flatbed printer. This printer is a great addition to our services, with increased speed, color matching and greater outdoor durability. It will help us increase efficiency, producing signs more quickly and accurately.
As for the A-Team, we are saying goodbye to Jodi after almost 7 years in our Design and Service Department. She has taken an opportunity closer to home and will no longer have the long commute she has been making for several years of her professional career. Although her shoes will not be easy to fill, there are some prospects from within the company and outside as well. If you have been working with Jodi up to this point, we will soon be introducing you to her successor.
As always, it’s important for us to communicate changes and keep you updated on all the PID happenings. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’ve got to get to work, this is looking to be the busiest first quarter in history!
