Hello Friends and Valued Customers,
It’s the start of a new year, and as I sit here trying to warm up in front of my cozy TV fireplace (it’s the next best thing to the real deal), I’m excited to share what we’ve been brewing here at Pro Image Design — and no, it’s not beer or coffee (but I like the way you think).
This year, we’re tackling some big projects, including one near and dear to our hearts: giving our Torch River location a much-needed facelift. For those of you who don’t know, Torch River was where it all began. It was Pro Image Design’s first home base, but after we expanded to Traverse City almost 9 years ago, it’s felt a little … forgotten. Like that gym membership, you sign up for in January but never use again after March.
Well, no more! We’re dusting off the cobwebs (literally—Tara has been making friends with the spiders) and giving Torch River a glow-up. Construction is already underway to store our personal items that have been in the shop and make room for some exciting developments. Once finished, the refreshed space will allow us to move some equipment back and make a place to tinker with prototypes and creative projects. This will give us the freedom to explore and develop new ideas without interrupting the regular workflow in Traverse City and Petoskey. We can’t wait to see where this creative space takes us—the possibilities are endless!
In the meantime, there’s plenty of excitement brewing for 2025. We’re looking to strengthen our presence in Gaylord—we already do so much work over there and are excited to take things to the next level. Stay tuned for more details on that front!
As always, the heart of our business is serving you, our amazing customers, and making sure your signage dreams become a reality. We’ve got fresh ideas, new projects, and maybe even a few surprises up our sleeves that we can’t wait to share with you. Thank you for being part of this journey with us.
Here’s to a year of growth, laughter, and maybe fewer spider encounters for Tara and me. Stay warm, stay tuned, and stay awesome!
Cheers,
Alan
