This year, we’re taking the award a step further by aligning it with our Core Values, focusing on a different one each month. In December, OB was recognized for his outstanding contributions. January’s focus was Integrity, and Jeff earned the award for exemplifying this value. In February, Innovation took the spotlight, with Cody being honored for his creative problem-solving.
