Every year when January comes around, we gather our team members in one location for our annual summit meeting. Our goal is to review the prior year, set goals for the year ahead and complete department specific training. This year’s meeting started with some fun in the form of an icebreaker game, which also correlated with the importance of communication. It’s awesome to get feedback from the whole group including suggestions for improvements and areas to work on.
This meeting starts our year off right and creates a feeling of satisfaction for all, with a clear direction and common goal. The PID team is fired up and ready to move into another busy season to help create Business Identity Solutions.
