Coastal Marine Customs is our sister company that offers SeaDek Marine Flooring. We customize flooring to fit like a glove on boats, maneuvering around all latches, hatches and doors. The piece of equipment that makes templating a boat more efficient is our Prodim Proliner. Its accuracy is within 1.5 mm. in 40 feet. We take this unit right to the boat, whether it’s at the dock, storage unit or in our Torch River location.
The Prodim Proliner’s portable convenience allows us to measure multiple planes, generate CAD files and eliminate the need for physical templating, which saves on the initial time on site. Once this is uploaded to our CAD software, making changes on the computer and proofing the design to the customer is more easily performed. In addition, the Prodim has been used in our capacity to template the transom of a boat for dimensional illuminated boat names.
Other industries also make use of the Proliner technology. Stone counter tops and the glass and glazing trades are just a few. All in all, the Prodim Proliner is an extremely beneficial tool that we are pleased to have in our arsenal.
